Di Butyl Adipate (DBA)

Di Butyl Adipate is the diester of butyl alcohol and adipic acid. It is a clear colorless oily liquid used in cosmetics and personal care products. DBA acts as a fast spreading emollient. Such adipates plasticizer possesses solubilizing capacities for crystalline UV filters.

Benzoates Plasticizers

Benzoates plasticizers are one of our best products. Benzoates are high solvating plasticisers for PVC, available as either monobenzoates (benzoates) or dibenzoates. Benzoates plasticizers are in general fast fusing plasticisers offering complementary performances to general purpose plasticizers. They are used mostly in flooring, wall coverings, automotive – specifically in radiators of the cars – adhesive and sealants, inks and waxes, film and sheet products.

As there is an increasing demand for phthalate-free plasticizers, Benzoate plasticizers offer the best alternative by providing similar benefits in their applications NK-131 is a specialty plasticizer that is used as an alternative for Diisobutyl Phthalate (DIBP), Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) and Benzyl Butyl Phthalate (BBP). It is a low viscosity organic liquid that is used for plastisols, adhesives, sealants, caulks, latex paints, etc.

NK-250 is a proprietary blend of Diethylene Glycol Dibenzoate and DiPropylene Glycol DiBenzoate. It is a non-phthalate, Benzoate plasticizer and is a good substitute for solvating phthalates like DBP and BBP. It is a polar plasticizer that is a high solvated for PVC applications. It exhibits resistance to staining and extraction, and minimal discoloration. It is compatible with Polyvinyl acetate (PVA), Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), cellulosic, and rubbers.

NK-280 is a proprietary blend of Diethylene Glycol DiBenzoate and DiPropylene Glycol DiBenzoate. It is a phthalate-free, Benzoate plasticizer that possesses solution viscosity enhancing properties. Other benefits include reduced set times, increased open times, increased film flexibility, reduced heat sealing temperatures, and improved dried film’s resistance to oil, grease and water. NK-2498 is a polar, high-solvating Benzoate plasticizer that is compatible with a wide range of polymers systems and applications. It is a clear, colorless liquid that Exhibits soft touch, reduced cure interference, improved tear strength and reduced swell with certain solvents. It is a versatile non-phthalate based plasticizer which has been used commercially for many years in a number of applications.

NK-5357 is a chemically stable, non-phthalic benzoate plasticizer. It has a high boiling point and has excellent compatibility with Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC), Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA), Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA), Ethyl Cellulose, nitro cellulose, nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber and Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR). It is used as a plasticizer for polyvinyl acetate homopolymer and copolymer emulsions, as well as for PVC coatings, food packing adhesives and paints. It acts as a replacement for DOP and DBP. It is better than DOP and DBP in several key parameters, including high efficiency, low toxicity and good miscibility with the polymer, low volatility, low leachability, large filling volume, and good brightness. It is environment friendly and its superior toxicological profile makes it an ideal replacement for phthalate-based plasticizers.


Citrate plasticizers are made of citrates which are esters of citric acid. They can be found in oily liquid form and they are practically colourless and odourless. They are used in paints, coatings and inks but also in food packaging products, cling wrap, toys and medical applications. It can also be used to increase gelation speed in PVC-plastisols. They have been used mainly as plasticizers with cellulosics, PVC, polyvinyl acetate, and other polymers used in medical plastics and food contact packaging. Some citrate esters find specialty use in blood bags and food wraps. Citrates are also used in toys produced by the plastisol process.Citric acid based plasticizers are one of the major contenders to replace phthalates(especially targeted to replace DOP).

Some properties of materials plasticized with citrates can match those plasticized with DOP but the cost of their production is substantially higher.

Tri Butyl Citrate

Tri Butyl Citrate is a high boiling substance, is used as a solvent and plasticizer for polymers especially for PVC and its copolymers which are subsequently applied to food wrapping film. It is an excellent plasticizer for both cellulosic derivatives and vinyl resins. Tri Butyl Citrate is effective to keep stable colour maintance when processed with resins due to property of heat stable. It does not support fungal growth.

Tri Octyl Citrate

Tri Octyl Citrate is a colorless transparent oily liquid that is soluble in most organic solvents. But insoluble in water. It is widely used as a non-toxic plasticizer. It has high cold resistance, light resistance and water resistance. It can be used in polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, and various cellulose resins with good compatibility, high plasticizing efficiency, non-toxic, small volatility and with resistance to rotation. It can be used for food packaging and health care products and children's toys and other fields, to replace the carcinogenic effect of phthalates plasticizer. In addition, it can also be used as defoamer of protein solution.


Maleates plasticizers or Maleic acid esters are are generally suitable for vinyl acetates or Polyvinyl Chloride applications. They are generally reactive cross-linked monomers which are co-polymerized with other monomers. They are clear, colorless liquid that are miscible in various organic solvents. They are highly resistant to humidity and UV light, thus ensuring that the plasticizer does not leach out. It is used to provide elasticity and flexibility to the resins.

Di Butyl Maleate

Di Butyl Maleates(DBM) are a kind of maleates plasticizers which are clear, virtually colorless liquid with an ester-like odour. Di Octyl Maleate

Di Octyl Maleate (DOM) is a diester of maleic acid that can as a plasticizer and emollient. It is a clear, virtually colorless liquid with an ester-like odor. It is used in resins to provide elasticity and flexibility. Di Octyl Maleate is a maleic acid that can act as a plasticizer and is used in resins to provide elasticity and flexibility. Dioctyl Maleate is a co-monomer which can be polymerized with vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride (PVC), acrylates as well as stearates. Mono Iso Octyl Maleate (MIOM/MOM)

Mono Iso Octyl Maleate (MIOM/MOM) is a cleaning agent for steel coatings. It is used in the synthesis of polymeric resins and as a curing agent for some polymers.

Phthalates are a family of chemical compounds primarily used to make polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or vinyl, flexible and pliant. The phthalates widely selected to soften plastics are used because of their strong performance, durability and stability. Because these phthalates plasticizers are bound into the material in which they are added, they do not easily migrate out of the product or evaporate.

Phthalates have been thoroughly studied and reviewed by a number of government scientific agencies and regulatory bodies worldwide. These agencies concluded that phthalates used in commercial products do not pose a risk to human health at typical exposure levels. Information collected by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention during the last 10 years indicates that, despite the fact that phthalates are used in many products, exposure is extremely low – significantly lower than any levels of concern set by regulatory agencies.

Benzyl Butyl Phthalate (BBP)

Benzyl Butyl Phthalate is an ester of ophthalmic acid, benzyl alcohol and n-butanol. It is a clear liquid which acts as an excellent plasticizer with strong solvent capability on a wide variety of resins. It is a high solvating, fast fusing plasticizer with high efficiency. It is a plasticizer for polyurethane based materials in the form of colorless, oily liquid. It provides good processing characteristics due to low viscosity and is suitable for transparent or light coloured polymers or coatings. Together, these properties generate savings in faster production throughput, lower oven temperatures, and lower total plasticizer loadings.

Di Butoxy Glycol Phthalate (DBGP)

Di Butoxy Glycol Phthalates is a phthalate ester obtained by the formal condensation of both the carboxy groups of phthalic acid with two molecules of 2-butoxyethanol. It has a role as a xenobiotic. It is a diester and a phthalate ester.

Di Butyl Phthalate (DBP)

DiButyl Phthalate is a colorless or yellow oil, with low toxicity and wide liquid range. It is produced by the reaction of n-butanol with Phthalic anhydride. DBP is used in cosmetics as a perfume solvent and fixative; a suspension agent for solids in aerosols; a lubricant for aerosol valves; an anti-foamer; a skin emollient and plasticiser in nail polish and fingernail elongators (extensions).

Di Octyl Phthalate (DOP)

DiOctyl Phthalate is the most common member of the class of phthalates, which are used as plasticizers. This colorless viscous liquid is soluble in oil, but not in water. It cannot be extracted with water and can be mixed with all monomers for the softening of PVC paste mixtures. It increases the elasticity of the material and exhibits electrical resistance. Due to its suitable properties and the low cost, DOP is widely used as a plasticizer in manufacturing of articles made of PVC. It acts as an economical, general performance monomeric plasticizer. It provides a balance of properties and economical cost due to which it is the first choice as the plasticizer for general-purpose applications when requirements are not severe.

Di Cyclo Hexyl Phthalate (DCHP)

Di Cyclo Hexyl Phthalate (DCHP) is a solid at ambient temeperature and has a good compatibility with most unsaturated polyester resins. It has good adhesion improving properties when it is used in PVC Plastisols. Due to its abnormal crystalline behavior, it is exploited in the adhesive industry in the manufacture of heat activated adhesive system.

Di Iso Butyl Phthalate (DIBP)

Di Iso Butyl Phthalate (DIBP) is an oily colorless liquid with a slight ester odor. It is insoluble in water and has Low toxicity. DIBP has excellent heat and light stability. It is the lowest cost plasticizer for cellulose nitrate. DIBP has lower density and freezing point than DBP. It has similar properties as dibutyl phthalate and can be used as a substitute for it.


We offer Adipic based Polymeric plasticizers are super-specialty plasticizers that are used in PVC applications. They provide flexibility, softness and lower modulus values. In order to maintain these characteristics after exposure of the PVC compound to severe use conditions or harsh environments. Polymerics are more permanent (stable) under extended, high heat conditions and less likely to volatilize out of the PVC compound than monomeric plasticizers. These are resistant to extraction (leeching) by solvents, oils and fluids, and they resist migration to other polymer compounds in contact with the PVC material. In short, polymeric plasticizers provide greater permanence than monomerics in PVC applications.


Sebacates plasticizers comprise of sebacates which are esters of sebacic acid. Sebacic acid is generally produced from castor oil, which is a bio based raw material. They easily adhere to other materials and can therefore be used in combination with steel, glass, metals, and other solid materials used for making inflexible plastic items. They show a high fire-resistance. Addition of certain liquid to the polymer will give a non-tacky product with a lower processing temperature and which is softer and more flexible than the polymer alone. They are flexible even at low temperatures. Their sorption properties are similar to adipate and phthalates.

Di Butyl Sebacate (DBS)

Dibutyl sebacate (DBS) is an organic chemical, a dibutyl ester of sebacic acid. These sebacates plasticizers are used in production of plastics, namely cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose acetate propionate, ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl butyral, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, and many synthetic rubbers (especially nitrile rubber and neoprene) and other plastics. It provides excellent compatibility with a range of plastic materials, superior properties at low temperatures, and good oil resistivit

Di Octyl Sebacate (DOS)

Di Octyl Sebacate (DOS) is an ester type plasticizer. It has been used for many years as a standard in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compounds requiring flexibility at low temperatures. It is the typical high quality cold resistance PVC plasticizers with high plasticizing efficiency and low colour distortion. The most important features of DOS are low volatility; high plasticizing efficiency; excellent resistance to extraction by water, soaps and detergents; and excellent flexibility at low temperatures. These basic qualities make DOS substantially better than phthalate and adipate esters. Due to its low molecular weight and low polarity, it is deficient in terms of migration resistance and extraction by hydrocarbon fluids. It should be used in minimal amounts that meet specific low-temperature performance requirements

Butyl Stearate (BST)

Octyl Stearate (OST)

Octyl Stearate is an essentially odorless and colorless emollient. It a low odour product with resistance to extraction by water, oils and solvents. It is the least effective co-stabilizer on the product range due to its lower oxirane value. However, it is good at reducing viscosity in plastisols and remains liquid down to -20°C.
